The $2,785,550 Second Generation Landfill project will involve the engineering, design and construction of landfill infrastructure that will serve the town of Windsor and the Municipality of West Hants over a 25-year period.

However, there is a current Modern Regulation Position Statement, MWRP RPS 085 which supports areas if they wish to agree a local enforcement position for use of PAS 108 baled tyres in civil engineering or landfill infrastructure schemes.
