"But the potential savings of public dollars is in the millions across the country."

The center was sponsored by both public and private dollars.

Private education should always be available, but not funded with public dollars.

Even some regular private schools are supported almost entirely by public dollars.

"The other issue is the question of whether you put public dollars into the marketplace," he continues.

"We do not have to spend millions of public dollars to accommodate an already successful business," he said.

"This has the effect of spending public dollars on students who would have gone to college anyway, only to keep them in state," he says.

As a direct result, more public dollars have been allocated for research into some of these methods.

These productions are not funded in any large measure by public dollars.

"We're not talking about public dollars or direct subsidies from the state."
